For labels with German or native language, the assembly timing is 5 working days.
If Eastern European languages are used that cannot be checked by native speakers, a translation and checking by a testing institute is necessary (timing 12 days including layout of the label).
The following flag (task) is triggered for this purpose:
PI check requested (timing 4 working days)
As soon as the assignment has taken place, the first flag “Assignment Translation” is confirmed and the follow-up flag (task) is triggered:
Upload PI certificate (timing 8 working days)
The certificate and PDF of the layout must be uploaded in the Order details tab under Supplier. 
Then the flag “upload certificate / test report” must be confirmed and the status must be changed to status 4.

QM - Fast Lane 3

builds the thermal label based on the product specification part 2 uploaded by the Quality Management in the files tab.
For labels with German or native language, the timing for the label creation is 5 business days.
If Eastern European languages are applied, which cannot be checked by native speakers, a translation and check from a testing institute is necessary (timing 10 days including label creation).
For this the following flag is triggered:
PI Check requested (Timing 4 business days)
As soon as the commissioning has taken place, the first flag “Request translation” is confirmed and the follow-up flag (task) is triggered:
Upload PI certificate (Timing 8 business days)
Overview of possible timings:
Timing for single language, no translation (translation can be done by a native speaker), marketability testing from a native speaker: 5 business days.
Timing for single language, with translation and testing by a testing institute: 17 workdays
Timing Eastern European label with multiple languages, with translation and testing by testing institute: 22 working days
Upload of certificate and PDF of thermal label must be done in Order Detail tab under Supplier. Afterwards, the flag “Upload certificate/test report” must be confirmed and a status change to status 4 must be made.
