Prepress agency checks whether they have already received the production sample. If so, they can check it. If not, Prepress agency must request samples from the supplier. If the production sample is available, a technical check can be performed by checking it against the proof and carrying out a color measurement. This can be recorded in the checklist provided by BM. Prepress agency uploads the checklist to the job under files and informs BM via Wave that it has been uploaded.

Following review and approval by BM, Prepress agency changes the status to S3 or S4 depending on the decision/recommendation.
