Checking the complaint product sample

Short description

Once production samples have been received from the supplier, they are checked in BM.

Task description

BM

BM performs a visual check of the production sample without proof. In the event of deviations, Repro is informed.

If the sample is OK, BM changes the status to S8. If the sample is not OK, the complaint process is started again where required.

Repro

Prepress agency double-checks the production sample by checking it against the proof and carrying out a color measurement. In the event of deviations, BM is proactively informed.

The data is uploaded in Wave and the Celum flag is activated.
